Wedding Menu for Single Entrée Buffets Our single entrée buffet gives our Brides and Grooms, as well as their guests, an opportunity to have their meal served in the proportion they desire. All single entrée buffets include a Southern Exposure salad, potato or rice, seasonal vegetable, dinner roll and butter. They are served with water or coffee. Our dinner buffets include Chef Elsie’s Wedding Salad, dinner rolls with butter, potato or rice, seasonal vegetable and a slice of the Bride and Groom’s delicious wedding cake. Although it’s difficult to choose from the delectable offerings made by Chef Elsie, we ask our brides and grooms to choose one entrée to ensure fast service and minimal cost. An 18% gratuity and 6% tax will be added to your final bill. All our facilities are available for your special events with our on-site catering service.
