We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards (credit and debit). Cash and check payments are accepted only for in-person registrations made well in advance of the event. We do not allow payments to be made on the day of the event, except for cash bar purchases and special events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, etc.).

Fall 2017 Reservations Policy

Reservations and Availability:
All scheduled events at Southern Exposure (specialty dining, workshops and bus tours) must be paid for at the time of registration. We have responded to your requests and expanded our schedule to offer many new choices along with your favorites. Our scheduled events are offered on a first come, first-served basis. To secure your space at an upcoming event or events, please make your reservation(s) in advance. Most workshops are approximately two hours in length and are held at the Southern Exposure Herb Farm. Specialty dining events and bus tours usually run longer. Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to register for events SE-09, SE-10, SE-19, SE-21 and SE-53 during our 2017 season. Customer Refund Policy for Workshops, Specialty Dining Events and Bus Tours:
A refund (less $20 processing fee, unless transferred to another scheduled event with openings in the current season) is given if you cancel by writing, calling, or e-mailing Southern Exposure at least 96 hours prior to the class date. If a cancellation is received less than 96 hours prior, there will be no refund. You may also send another guest in your place if you cannot attend.

The above policy applies to all specialty dining and workshops, with the exception of SE-10 during the Fall 2017 season. SE-10 is a group bus tours that requires a minimum of 14 days prior notice for a refund, less $20.00 processing fee. With a cancellation received less than 14 days prior to a scheduled bus trip, Southern Exposure will only refund 50% of the registration fee, less $20.00 processing fee. If a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to a bus tour, there will be no refund.

Event Cancellation Policy: Please register two weeks in advance to prevent cancellation of a workshop, specialty dining event or bus tour due to insufficient enrollment. If Southern Exposure cancels a workshop, registrants will be notified and full refunds will be issued.
