Catering - Hors d'Oeuvres Menu

Our delicious hors d'oeuvres buffet is available for groups of 15 or more at a price of $23 .50 per person. The buffet includes.

  • An assortment of fresh vegetables (seasonal) and dip
  • An assortment of fresh fruit
  • A selection of imported and domestic cheese with an assortment
    of gourmet crackers
  • Hot meatballs prepared with Chef Elsie's special sauce
  • A combination of fillo-wrapped appetizers and miniature quiches
  • An assortment of mini-sandwiches
  • An assortment of mini-sweets 

Beverages served with the buffet at no extra charge include our own delicious fruit punch and coffee. For additional beverage options, click here.

Hors d'Oeuvres - Specialty Selections

A variety of specialty items are available for your group at an additional cost per person. Quantities of item per guest are indicated within the parentheses. Options include:

  • Selection of mixed nuts $1.75
  • Asparagus wrapped with proscuitto $3.50 (2)
  • Deviled eggs with capers $2.75 (2)
  • Shrimp in Ice Boat $4.50 (3)
  • Stuffed mushrooms (vegetarian) $3.50 (2)
  • Stuffed sausage mushrooms $3.50 (2)
  • Endive boats with smoked salmon mousse $2.75 (2)
  • Cherry tomatoes filled with herbed cream cheese $2.75 (2)
  • Southern Exposure Bruschetta, tomatoes and basil $2.75(2)
  • Tapenade with toast points $2.75 (3)
  • Assorted mini sandwiches $3.50 (1)
  • Beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce and mini rolls $5.50 (1)
  • Decorated whole poached salmon $4.50
  • Smoked salmon, caper, dill, boursin cheese rollups $3.50 (2)
  • Brie cheese in fillo with chutney $3.50
  • Scallops wrapped in bacon $4.00 (2)
  • Fillo cups filled with curried chicken salad $3.25 (2)

Catering Policies

On-site catering is for groups of 15 or more. Although we know that it is difficult to choose from so many delectable choices, we ask that you choose one set off the catering menu for all guests in your party to ensure fast service and minimal cost. (For example, all guests at a catered dinner would enjoy the same appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert.) This doesn't apply if you are only ordering a specific set of hors d'Oeuvres for your event. In that case, all of your guests will enjoy the hors d'Oeuvres you have selected in advance.

An 18% gratuity and 6% tax will be added to your final bill. After enjoying your meal, we offer our guests an optional herbal craft and gift making class to take home as a personalized memento of their visit to the farm.

Our facilities are available for your special events with our on-site catering service. Due  to health and liability concerns, only food prepared in our commercial kitchens may be served in our facilities. For more information, please contact our Events Coordinator at (269) 962-1255.
